BOAT YARD RATES & PAYMENT
Boat Yard Rates
You may stack up to 2 additional watercraft on top of your primary boat (ground spaces only, no rack spaces) for only $2/month per additional watercraft!
For example, you may store a kayak on top of your sailboat, or stack a Laser on top of your catamaran, as long as the additional boat stays within the footprint. This requires office approval, and your additional boat(s) must be stickered and used 8 or more times each calendar year.
Boat Yard Fees
Footprint Fee
For boats with dimensions requiring a per-square foot rate
$0.71/per square foot per month
- Length and width include the entire footprint of the storage area, including trailer, rudders, mast, etc.
- Plus $2 administrative/software fee per primary boat per month
- Additional boat fees will be a flat $2 per month*
Flat-Rate Fee
(SUPs, most kayaks under 16 ft. in length, windsurf boards, etc.)
$22.60/month
- $22.60 per month
- Plus $2 administrative/software fee per primary boat per month
Locker Access
$20/month
- Access for current boat storage users granted based on availability
- Locker access is covered under the same agreement period as boat storage
- Locker fee will be included on the boat yard access agreement and due at the same time as the boat yard payment

Boat Yard Payments
SSP has transitioned to Molo, an online boat yard and marina management system.
This allows Sail Sand Point – and you – to save time by using an all online system to manage your contracts and invoices.
Invoices are sent electronically to your email address on file with us, and with just a few clicks you can pay your invoice and agree to the boat yard terms online! Just use the link that was emailed to you. You don’t need to remember the exact amount owed or look up your SSP ID, the email link you use to pay will load that information for you. Of course, we will still take payments by cash or check in the office.
