Join us next weekend on the 17th as we celebrate the start of the 2025 boating season! We’ll have free boat rides with the Northwest Multihull Association, live music, games, and a BBQ. This event is completely free to the public!

A massive THANK YOU to those who donated during GiveBIG! Nonprofits like ours depend on support from the community to be able to do what we do, whether that be through financial donations, volunteer hours, or helping spread the word about what we do. These donations will allow us to keep providing opportunities to anyone interested in our programs without worrying about cost. Thank you again!!

Today is the last day of GiveBIG! We’re well on our way to reaching our goal and would love any help with this final push.
Our scholarship program has allowed dozens of new sailors and their families to hit the water, whether that be through our weeklong sailing camp, two week adult class, or a small group attending for a single afternoon.
A recipient of a youth scholarship recently shared this message with us:
“Thank you for allowing me the chance to learn to sail. I have always played with boat toys since I was a small child and you could never get me out of the water or stop swimming. I never believed I could be able to go to summer camp and now I have dreams of sailing professionally and working somewhere and teaching kids to learn to sail who are like me. Sail sand point is the BEST place to learn to sail!” -H.G.
Any amount helps, and every donation directly goes towards giving more folks the chance to learn the joy of small boats and fun on the water!

Thank you to all the Regatta Strikes Back participants. We had a great weekend with races ranging from cold and cloudy with a light shifty southerly to warms and sunny with a heavy northerly. We had sailors from CYC, MBYC, Narrows, Willamette, Olympia Community Sailing, PMYC, Coeur d’Alena and Anacortes. Congrats to the first, second and third place finishers in Green Fleet, Opti Champs and Feva class.
We hope to see you again soon. May the Fourth be with you.

Rentals are back this weekend! Open Boating is open from noon until 8PM Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays (closed Tues-Thurs) until Memorial Day weekend, when we transition to 7 days a week. Come see us to rent boats and paddle craft!!
